Information we collect
When you request an estimate through our form, we collect the information you choose to send:
- Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address
- Your preferred contact method, city or area, the address or location where the work is needed, and the service you need
- Your project description and preferred timeframe
When you send the form, your details are placed in a WhatsApp message to our business number, and WhatsApp opens so you can review and send it. If you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you share in that conversation, including any photos.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare your estimate, schedule and perform the work, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information. Your service address is never published on this website.
Service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). If we enable an email copy of form requests, it is delivered through a form-forwarding service. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which contact buttons are tapped. This data is aggregated and does not include the contents of your form submission. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
Photos
Photos you send are used only to understand and quote your project. We will not publish photos of your home without your permission.
How long we keep information
We keep estimate requests and related messages only as long as needed to respond, complete the work and keep normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent by emailingfriendlyhandymanservicesplus@gmail.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
